Youth Outreach Leader (4 hours/week)
The Vine Community Church
We are looking for a relational, motivated, and faith-filled individual to lead our youth outreach to young people aged 11–18.
This role focuses on building connections with local young people through our established TTT drop-in, helping create a safe and engaging environment, and developing clear pathways into ongoing connection and discipleship.
You will work with an existing team of volunteers, contribute to shaping youth provision, and play a key role in helping young people explore faith in a natural and accessible way.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a practising Christian with a growing faith
- Is willing to worship and be part of church life
- Connects easily with young people
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive
- Has a heart for outreach and discipleship
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a weekly youth drop-in (TTT)
- Building relationships with young people
- Supporting pathways into Connect and Youth Alpha
- Working with a small volunteer team
