Jenny & Darren Pepper

Jenny and Darren are privileged to be the senior leaders of the Vine Community Church. Jenny and Darren bring different backgrounds to the church with Jenny being from a family of believers while Darren is a first-generation follower of Christ. Jenny co-ordinates for the social outreach for the Vine including the Assist support service and dementia support groups. Jenny and Darren have been married for 20 plus years and they have two children, Alice and Andrew. Darren has a background as an educationalist and works across the UK as a leader in the Education Software and Services Industry.

Veronica & Dave Podbury

Veronica and Dave Podbury pastored The Vine Community Church for fifteen years concluding October 2018. Veronica has a Masters Degree in Theological and Pastoral Studies from Nottingham University and has been a church pastor since 2000. She has also held various posts in education and is a writer. Dave has a long experience of leading worship and developing Christian outreach for children and adults. He has held a number of senior management posts, most recently as Associate Director of an NHS Trust. Dave and Veronica have three sons, Duncan, Ben and Sam, daughters-in-law Susanna and Nena, and now have four grandsons and a granddaughter, Reuben, Barnaby, Will, Noah and Emilia. All are actively involved in churches in the UK and USA . Dave and Veronica stepped down as the overall leaders of The Vine in October 2018 to concentrate on other ministry opportunities. The blessings of the Vine Community Church go with them as they start their new adventure.
